Jindal Stainless facilitates supply of 150 ventilators for Covid relief

So far, Jindal Stainless has supplied nearly 5400 MT Liquid Medical Oxygen (LMO) to various hospitals and oxygen filling centres. Through its units in Hisar and Jajpur, the Company is supplying over 50 tonnes of Oxygen per day to 50+ medical facilities in Haryana, Delhi-NCR, and Odisha.

In the wake of this 2ndwave of Covid pandemic and to mitigate the oxygen shortages in the country for Covid patients, BEML has successfully started manufacturing960 LPM Medical Oxygen Plants at its KGF complex in record time under a ToT agreement with M/s.Defence Bio-Engineering & Electro Medical Laboratory, Bengaluru under DRDO.

Jindal Stainless to airlift liquid medical oxygen from Odisha unit

The first batch of 14.79 MT of LMO will be dispatched tonight from the Odisha facility. The allocation of the LMO will be according to the demand from various hospitals.

Jindal Stainless begins dispatch of liquid medical oxygen from Jajpur facility

Over 40 MT of LMO is being dispatched on a daily basis to meet the increasing demand LMO in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and other states as required. To date, ~128 MT of LMO has already been dispatched for various medical facilities.
